The SPECIALTY A.W.A.R.E. DIVER course is a minimum 1 day class which is an important step in expanding the Diver knowledge and experience. Advanced Certification dives are credited to the A.W.A.R.E. DIVER course. Specialty Certification dives are credited to the MASTER SCUBA DIVER course. This performance-based course will involve classroom presentations, special equipment needs, boat skill development followed by two (2) ocean training and experience dives. Candidates may Elect to combine another Specialty Course or add additional Boat Trips to spread-out course curriculum.

The A.W.A.R.E. PROJECT is divided into two separate specialty courses. You'll have the choice of choosing either the A.W.A.R.E. Fish Identification course or A.W.A.R.E. Coral Reef course. Learn about the Ecosystem and Ecology of the Life Underwater! Have you ever wondered what that sea creature is... or how it lives? The AQUATIC WORLD AWARENESS RESEARCH EDUCATION Project will open your eyes to the "Aquatic Life"!

Upon successful completion of the course, the student is certified as a SPECIALTY A.W.A.R.E. DIVER and qualifies for further training into the professional career as a DIVEMASTER.

You'll have the option to Add an Elected Specialty Course for a total of (x2) additional continued education Ocean Dives. Please contact AQUANAUTS SCUBA ACADEMY to request this option.
